Assessing the Safety of Pregnancy In the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic

Overview

The goal of this study is to provide information on how COVID-19 affects pregnant women in their first trimester. Additionally, it will seek to use this information to help inform how to care for pregnant women during COVID-19, how to protect the safety of the babies and their families, and help anyone planning on becoming pregnant to understand what it means to be pregnant during these times.

 

Study Information

The study will involve 11,000 participants, all of whom are women 18 years and older and currently pregnant.The women will participate individually, and report information based on questionnaires they will fill out online. Study investigators will also have access to these women’s medical records as well as records about their deliver and their baby’s health.

 

Inclusion Criteria: 

  • 18 years and older
  • Between 4-10 weeks pregnant

 

Exclusion Criteria

  • Male
