Baby2Body is a pregnancy app for prenatal and postnatal fitness and well-being. The user can browse tips, workouts, recipes, and mindfulness exercises tailored to their stage in pregnancy, their goals, and their personal preferences.
Very few features of the Baby2Body app are available on the free version of this app. After downloading the app, the user logs in and identifies her stage of pregnancy. The app provides some breathing activities and a glimpse into other features that are only available on the premium version such as informative videos, exercise videos, meditation and visualization guidance and nutritional information and recipes. The app has a fitness studio that offers a free trial. The user sets fitness goals and can do exercises that build balance, strength and stability as well as cardio training depending on the user’s pregnancy goals. The app also offers tracking of weight, exercise, and water intake as well as a journal and photo section. The free version of the app also has a section that guides the user in pelvic floor exercises which are so crucial during pregnancy.
The premium version seems to offer some great features, however these require a subscription. Exercise during pregnancy is so important and this app seems to be a good way to monitor and create customized workouts. The weight, water intake and exercise monitoring are great features.
The majority of the features of the Baby2Body app are available only on the premium edition.
